NoGhost + iClosed
You book with iClosed. Your leads still ghost.
NoGhost plugs into the calendar iClosed already writes to. Every booking gets your WhatsApp and email reminders, replies are read, and the call outcome you log in iClosed comes back onto the lead. You never enter anything twice.
How it works
- 01
A lead books in iClosed
The appointment lands in your Google Calendar. NoGhost picks it up within 5 minutes and recognizes the lead.
- 02
Your reminders go out, in your name
WhatsApp and email, from your own number and address, on the timings you set. A reply from the lead pauses the sequence (included in the trial and the Pro plan).
- 03
The iClosed outcome comes back onto the lead
Showed or not, sale or no sale, reason and amount: what you log in iClosed after the call fills the lead receipt and your Journal.
What flows between the two
NoGhost does not replace iClosed and never creates appointments. It reads, reminds, records.

FAQ
- Does NoGhost replace iClosed?
- No. iClosed stays your scheduling and outcome-logging tool. NoGhost takes over after the booking, and reads what you log after the call.
- How do I turn on the outcome sync?
- Reminders work from the free trial with nothing more than your Google Calendar. The iClosed outcome sync is switched on for your account during the demo: it is a webhook URL pasted into iClosed, and we do it with you.
- What if I set the outcome in NoGhost before iClosed?
- NoGhost never overwrites an outcome you already decided. The sync fills what is empty, it erases nothing.
