NoGhost + Airtable

Your Airtable base already runs everything. Your WhatsApp reminders don’t, yet.

You connect your Airtable base in one click, pick a field (a status, a checkbox), and NoGhost acts the moment it changes: start a WhatsApp sequence, stop the messages, log the appointment outcome, or add a note to the lead. You describe the trigger once, then it runs on its own.

How it works

  1. 01

    We connect your base together

During the demo, we link your Airtable account to NoGhost and pick which bases to allow with you. NoGhost touches nothing else in your Airtable.

  2. 02

    You describe a trigger

A base, a table, a field (single select, multi select, or checkbox), the value that fires it, and the contact’s phone field.

  3. 03

The field changes, the action runs

NoGhost watches the base through an Airtable webhook and reacts within seconds: start a WhatsApp campaign, stop the messages, log showed / no-show / cancelled / rescheduled / confirmed, or add a note to the lead.

What flows between the two

NoGhost does not replace Airtable and never creates a row in your base. It watches, it acts, it records.

FAQ

Do I need Zapier?
No. NoGhost’s Airtable trigger is native: it is set up with you, no Zapier involved. A zero-code path also exists through Airtable Automations (“Run script”), for a specific case like sending one contact the moment a sale closes. See the customer guide for the full script.
Which field types work?
The watched field is a single select, a multi select, or a checkbox. The contact’s phone must carry a country code, for example +33612345678, or a French 0X format.
Can the same contact receive the sequence twice?
No. One phone number on one campaign only gets the message once: setting the field back to the same value, or Airtable resending a webhook, triggers nothing new.
What if the phone is missing?
The action is refused for that row and the gap shows up in the trigger’s log, never silently. Add the number in Airtable and the next change to the field re-runs the action.
Which plan?
Airtable is part of the Growth plan.
